I read about a blind go match in a paper with no real explanation of what it was.
Could anyone enlighten me on the subject ?
I mean it seems (atleast to me) impossible to keep track of a game on a 19x19 board if they are all white :S

Colorless go is where both
Colorless go is where both players play with white stones and haveto remember the board positions. It's not easy ~_~ I personaly can't do it but have seen people do it, I guess with enoguh practice in remembering the meaning of peoples moves and memorizing games it is possible, especialy since some people can replay a game in front of you right after it happened 0.0
There is one color go where
There is one color go where you only play with white stones, and blind go where at least one player plays by memory (which makes it very difficult for him).
On a side note: there is also one go variant called `phantom go' (or Kriegspiel as I was told recently), which I really like:
You need three people to play, black, white and referee. Black and white both have their own board and do not see other, referee has a (third) board for himself and sees everything (and is relaying moves of both players, so he has the real board position there). Black and white alternate in placing their moves and are told by referee:
whenever atari appears (and how many stones are in atari)
when they make an illegal move (they have to play another one)
Players usually place opponent's stones on their board when they find out where they should be.
This variant leads to completely new strategies (such as building thick walls) and is especially funny for observers.
