Mirror Go?

I'm new to go, and was puzzled by the headline on this site today "Amazing 'mirror Go'".

CAn someone explain to me what that means ?

It refers to the kind of play where white copies black's moves by "reflecting" them through the Tengen, that is the center of the board. If you go through the moves of the game cited in the article, you will see what that means!

actually there are 3 counter strategies:

1) setting up 2 ladders

2) rule wise: not allowing a (super)positional repetition,
i.e. setting up a double-ko (very complicated) and

3) including anti-child (e.g. hikaru-no-Go measure), e.g. placing a stone on tengen, forcing the other one to duplicate a stone (tachi) or give up mirroring strategy.
You cannot play this way against better players , as then the following measure does not yield:

4) making sure that the mirror strategy is worth less than the komi!
